EU4Recovery provides mobile administrative service centres to Mykolaiv oblast of Ukraine
The EU-funded EU4Recovery project has provided a new batch of mobile administrative service centres (ASC) to Mykolaiv oblast of Ukraine.
Bashtanka, Voznesensk, Shevchenkove and Pervomaisk communities received specialised mobile ASC vehicles with assistance from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and support from the European Union and Denmark.
These mobile administrative service centres are minivans with a workplace equipped to provide services to the public.
“Without queues and the need to travel to the nearest stationary ASC, the mobile offices will provide quick and convenient access to a wide range of public services for residents of remote villages and people with limited mobility,” UNDP Ukraine said in a Facebook post.
The European Union and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine implement the EU4Recovery – Empowering Communities in Ukraine (EU4Recovery) project to bolster the resilience and recovery of communities affected by war in target areas of Ukraine.
