Projects of the NGO Other Education and the Izolyatsia Foundation received grants from the European Union

The results of the special call for proposals “Support for Ukrainian IDPs and the cultural and creative sector of Ukraine” within the EU-funded Creative Europe Programme for 2022 have been announced, Ukrinform reports based on the materials from the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.

“According to this call for proposals, only three projects will be selected for funding. There should be consortia, with a Ukrainian organization as a member. Today we have two confirmed consortium projects:

`ZMINA: REBUILDING / CHANGE: Restoration’ – IZOLYATSIA.Platform of Cultural Initiatives;

– Culture Helps – Other Education’,” the statement said.

Information on the third winner will be published later. The total budget of the call is €5 million.

“Congratulations to my colleagues and thank you for the quality work in preparing the applications! European grants are a systematic and complex work, not only on the project description but also on building partnerships. These skills and competences are essential for Ukrainian institutions,” said Halyna Hryhorenko, Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Policy. As reported, Creative Europe is the EU programme for the cultural, creative and audiovisual industries, launched in 2014.
