24/11/2022
The first humanitarian assistance financed through the EU Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Mechanism has been delivered to Kherson, a city in Ukraine recently liberated by Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“The central square of Kherson is turned into a humanitarian hub – water, internet, charging devices,” the Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, Matti Maasikas, wrote on Twitter.
He also announced that under the EU4ResilientRegions programme implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, power generators will be delivered to Kherson next week.
