College of Europe is launching the second edition of the European Union Diplomatic Programme for the Enlargement Region, which is expected to run from 31 August 2025 until 31 January 2026.

Funded by the EU, this new 5-month training programme aims to deepen knowledge of EU affairs and foster collaboration among emerging diplomats and public officials from the EU candidate countries.
