2nd Annual Essay Contest is now officially open!

The EU Delegation to Ukraine invites young Ukrainians to take part in the second edition of the Europe Day Essay Contest, dedicated to the theme: “My Vision of a European Ukraine.”
What does the EU mean to you? What could Ukraine’s future as a full EU member look like? And what role will you play in shaping that future?
This contest is an opportunity to reflect on Ukraine’s European future and share your ideas as we mark Europe Day 2025.
Competition Details
Who can participate:
- Ukrainian students aged 16 to 22, who currently study in high school, college, or university.
Essay requirements:
- Language: Ukrainian
- Length: 800–1000 words
- Style: Thoughtful, original, and honest – written entirely by you
- AI-generated content or plagiarism will result in disqualification
