Project " EU4CSOs – Emergency Actions" is an initiative aimed at providing emergency assistance and support to people who found themselves in vulnerable situations due to the war in Ukraine. The project was developed taking into account the real needs of citizens and aimed at ensuring a quick and effective response to the challenges of unforeseen circumstances. The goal of the project is to improve the quality of life and contribute to the recovery of vulnerable groups in the Rivne region and in the territory, which are under control of Ukraine.

To Provide support to various groups of population affected by russian aggression in Ukraine:

● To ensure a rapid response to challenges and to provide assistance to the civilian population in the territories, which are under control of government of Ukraine and de-occupied territories of Ukraine.
● To provide financial support to public activists and CSOs, which work on restoration from the devastating consequences of the war.
● To help prisoners and penitentiary institutions of Ukraine that are in need of assistance.

● R1. Created a logistics headquarters to identify the needs, rapid response to the needs, and ensure coordination between the involved parties.
● R2. Provided support in the form of sub-grants for CSOs that help to the population affected by the war in Ukraine.
● R3. Provided support in evacuation and/or settlement, and/or involvement in volunteer activities of CSOs and public activists who are relocating from the territory of active war actions.
● R4. Provided support to prisoners and those who were recently released or are without shelter, provided temporary accommodation and food.
