10/07/2026

Goethe-Institut within the EU-funded EU4Culture II programme invites Ukrainian Cultural and Creative Organisations to participate in Stage I of the Open Call for Proposals to develop concrete and testable value propositions.

Strengthening Cultural Intermediary Roles

The call is designed for organisations such as cultural networks, associations, unions, umbrella organisations, creative hubs, clusters, alliances, platforms, advocacy organisations, and other actors that already play, or have the potential to play, a wider intermediary role within cultural and creative ecosystems.

Upon successful completion of Stage I, grantees will be invited to a restricted Stage II call, with funding of up to EUR 60,000, to refine and implement the value propositions developed during Stage I.

Selected applicants of Stage I will receive:

  • financial support of up to EUR 9,000;
  • mentoring and capacity development support;
