
Sustainable partnership and capacity support – the basis of effective transformation

A panel discussion was held at the Eastern Europe Foundation office, bringing together representatives of civil society organizations from different regions of Ukraine. The focus was on the challenges that NGOs face every day and new approaches to interacting with donors.
The event was held within the framework of the project “Phoenix: The Power of Communities”, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with the support of the European Union
The participants, including representatives of the organizations “Together Against Corruption”, “Women’s Power of Ukraine” Public Movement, “Fishermen’s Club of Ukraine”, “City of Power”, “Institute for Sustainable Community Development”, “Equality in Action” and the Yavoriv Region Local Economic Development Agency, discussed:

🔹 Why long-term projects (2+ years) have a greater impact
🔹 What conditions do local organizations need for effective work
🔹 How to simplify cooperation with donors and increase institutional capacity
