25 communities in Ukraine to receive equipment to provide administrative services and issue passports
Convenient public services. 25 communities will receive equipment to provide administrative services and issue passports (IDs)
25 territorial communities in five regions of Ukraine will receive mobile cases (equipment) for providing on-site services to Ukrainians under the “EU4Resilient Regions – Special Assistance Programme for Ukraine”. This will help make administrative services accessible for people. The team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation is working to ensure that the quality of the service at the Centres for provision of Administrative Services corresponded to the demands of the visitors.
Therefore, the mobile equipment will be provided to 25 territorial communities. Check the image below to see which ones.
In addition, five communities have already received working stations for providing services and issuing passports (IDs). They were provided to communities located far from big cities, with a large number of displaced people.
The equipment is already in use in the following communities:
- Veselynove Village Council, Mykolaiv Oblast;
- Starokozache Village Council, Odesa Oblast;
- Pereshchepyne City Council, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast;
- Lypova Dolyna Village Council, Sumy Oblast;
- Sosnytsya Village Council, Chernihiv Oblast.
Next year, the project will also help train the teams of the Centers for provision of Administrative Services how to use the equipment.
Working together!
