Launch of a new Open Call for Ukrainian civil society organisations working in the areas of EU accession and rule of law reform
We are pleased to launch a new Open Call for Ukrainian civil society organisations working in the areas of EU accession and rule of law reform.
On behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office and the European Union, the 3*E4U programme will support four projects implemented by Ukrainian CSOs under the Fundamentals Cluster of Ukraine’s EU accession process.
Two selected projects will focus on Chapter 23 “Judiciary and Fundamental Rights” and two on Chapter 24 “Justice, Freedom, and Security”.
We invite project proposals in the areas of judiciary, human rights, and law enforcement reform. We especially encourage initiatives focused on analytical and expert work that can contribute to Ukraine’s progress towards the EU. Proven experience in the field relevant to the project proposal is necessary. Grants will support content-related work only.
Projects will be selected through a competitive process by a high-level selection commission composed of representatives of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine, the German Embassy to Ukraine and GIZ.
Funding available: up to EUR 85,000 per grant
Deadline for applications: 15 June, 23:59 (Kyiv time)
