This new 5-month residential programme aims to deepen knowledge of EU affairs and foster collaboration among emerging diplomats.
The first cohort will include 15 junior officials from Ukraine, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kosovo*, the Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Türkiye.
