The Entrepreneurial Competence Framework for Youth explains what skills and knowledge business owners should have.

The European Union and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine have created EntreGram4Youth, a self-assessment tool for young entrepreneurs. It is part of a broader initiative called the Entrepreneurial Competence Framework for Youth. Its goal is to create new opportunities for the realisation of business ambitions.

“Every day, Ukrainian entrepreneurs prove that successful business is possible even in the midst of a full-scale war. We are building a country with strong human capital that is not afraid of challenges and appreciates development opportunities. The EntreGram4Youth framework and tool are exactly those opportunities that will guide the business ambitions of today’s youth and allow them to assess their readiness for new entrepreneurial achievements,” said Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration.

The Entrepreneurial Competence Framework for Youth explains what skills and knowledge entrepreneurs should have. The initiative will help young entrepreneurs identify and fill their self-development gaps.

Entrepreneurial skills are universal skills that young people can apply in different areas of life. Moreover, the European Commission has identified entrepreneurship as one of the eight most important skills for the society of the future.

EntreGram4Youth is a key aspect of the initiative. It is based on the Framework’s structure and helps entrepreneurs identify their level of entrepreneurial competence. EntreGram4Youth is available on the Diia.Osvita platform at https://osvita.diia.gov.ua/tests/entregram.
