The European Union and the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine, together with partners, have created a virtual exhibition “A Moment Before”
18/03/2025
The exhibition tells the story of some of the hottest working days in the frontline areas of police officers, paramedics, and rescuers in July 2024. Despite the workload and difficulties, they cannot imagine their lives without the calling to help and save.
