The European Union and the United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine, together with the Luhansk Regional Development Agency, have launched a hotline for relocated businesses in Dnipro, Kirovohrad, and Poltava regions.
The service is available to representatives of displaced micro, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as internally displaced persons who want to start a business in a new place.
The call centre staff will record business inquiries and pass the information on to experts who will answer questions and provide free consultations on accounting, starting and re-registering a business, attracting resources, writing business plans, filling out grant applications, legal aspects of doing business, exporting, and dealing with force majeure.
The call centre is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 17:00, on +38 099 011 15 53.
The hotline operates under the UN Recovery and Peacebuilding Programme with financial support from the European Union.
