13/03/2025
Thanks to €2.67 million in EU funding, 47 fully finished apartments are now available for families who have fled from eastern and southern Ukraine.
💡 Beyond providing shelter, this renovation revitalised municipal property, cutting annual heat consumption by 24%, electricity by 43%, and water use by 58%, thereby saving over €77,500 in energy costs.
🏗️ This is the ninth completed project under the €19 million EU-funded programme managed by Nefco in Ukraine, delivering much-needed housing across Ukraine.
