06/03/2025

On March 6, the final meeting of active participants of the All-Ukrainian Communication Campaign “Together We Learn and Grow” was held in Kyiv. More than 50 representatives of European Union projects and campaign partners discussed the EU’s unprecedented assistance to Ukrainian education and youth, exchanged ideas and plans for the future. The # TogetherWeLearnAndGrow networking event brought together representatives of all regions of Ukraine and showed the prospects that await Ukraine in the EU. Since February 24, 2022, the EU has invested more than €350 million in Ukrainian education and the youth sector. “This is our contribution to peace and our common European future,” said Henrik Wittfelt, Head of the Public Finance, Business Support and Social Policy Unit of the EU Delegation to Ukraine.

Networking participants competed in a quiz to know the events and results of the communication campaign. More than 20 partner organizations were involved in the implementation of the campaign; 10 events held throughout Ukraine brought together more than 16,500 participants. The mobile exposition “Together we learn and grow” covered 3000 km to acquaint hundreds of thousands of people with the educational opportunities provided by the European Union. Almost 400 publications in the media and on digital platforms, TV/radio stories and blogs, along with other campaign activities, conveyed information about the opportunities provided by Ukrainian education and youth of the EU to more than 14 million Ukrainians.

The inspiration and synergy that defined the features of this communication campaign are the key to further successful partnerships and rational optimism. The place and role of higher education and universities in his motivational lecture was also discussed by Ukrainian educator and public figure, teacher, literary critic, President of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Serhiy Kvit. Learning and growing together is not only about education and opportunities for young people, but also about the way Ukraine and the EU create a common European future.
