Since the start of the full-scale war, the EU has mobilised a total of about 67 billion euro help Ukraine and Ukrainians – to help them fight, to help them protect their vulnerable and to help them rebuild. To help them win’, – said Ambassador Matti Maasikas, Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, during his visit to Makarіv.
