COVID-19: стійкість та розвиток громадянського суспільства

Опис
Проєкт спрямований на посилення стійкості та розвиток громадянського суспільства в країнах Східного партнерства з метою пом'якшення наслідків кризи, спричиненої COVID-19. Він підтримує громадянське суспільство та незалежних активістів у захисті вразливих верств населення та наданні їм необхідної допомоги. Крім цього, проєкт сприяє поширенню точної інформації про пандемію.
Конкретні цілі
Три основні цілі проєкту:
- Надати екстрену підтримку організаціям громадянського суспільства (ОГС), діяльність яких значною мірою постраждала від пандемії.
- Підтримати цифровізацію та розвиток стратегічного й операційного потенціалу ОГС, щоб вони могли продовжити надавати допомогу своїм бенефіціарам.
- Розширити можливості ОГС та незалежних ЗМІ в боротьбі з дезінформацією.

У рамках проєкту:
- 26 ОГС отримають гранти на поточні витрати (наприклад, заробітна платня, оренда офісу).
- 200 представників ОГС отримають психосоціальну та юридичну підтримку, оскільки багато представників повідомили про те, що відчували значний стрес під час пандемії.
- 26 ОГС отримають грант на цифровізацію їхньої онлайн-діяльності (наприклад, необхідне обладнання, консультації щодо використання нових технологій).
- 21 ОГС дізнається, як проводити ефективне оцінювання ризиків, складати плани дій на випадок непередбачуваних обставин та як ефективно впоратися з новим робочим середовищем у майбутньому.
- 6 українських ОГС зможуть покращити координацію та співпрацю в різних регіонах країни.
- 5 українських експертів з питань політики та аналітичних центрів отримають підтримку для аналітичних і орієнтованих на політику проєктів з оцінювання короткострокових та довгострокових наслідків пандемії.
- 32 незалежні ЗМІ та ОГС, що викривають неправдиву інформацію та протидіють пропаганді, отримають відповідну підтримку.
- 25 ОГС та ЗМІ отримають гранти на інформаційні кампанії, спрямовані на протидію дезінформації про ризики для здоров'я та дії уряду.
- В Україні 6 ОГС отримають фінансування для моніторингу дій державних органів щодо державних закупівель, інвестицій у сектор охорони здоров'я та надання економічної допомоги населенню.
Очікувані результати
- Забезпечення сталості ОГС та підвищення їхньої стійкості до наслідків кризи COVID-19.
- Забезпечення ОГС необхідними цифровими технологіями та структурованим організаційним і стратегічним потенціалом для підтримки їхніх бенефіціарів, захисту вразливих спільнот та впливу на державу в питаннях політики щодо пом’якшення впливу COVID-19 на суспільство.
- Надання допомоги ОГС і ЗМІ в боротьбі з дезінформацією та в забезпеченні доступу до надійної інформації щодо пандемії та її впливу на суспільство.
